Harlow College is offering free online Level 2 Courses for a broad range of subjects to assist with professional or personal development. The courses typically take 6-10 weeks to complete. You can only study one course at a time but once you have completed one you are able to apply for another, up to a maximum of 4 courses for each academic year (August to July).

The Level 2 E-Learning courses are fully funded by the Government Adult Education budget. To receive full funding, you must:

• Be aged 19 or over on 01 September 2021
• Be a resident of England
• Be a British Citizen or have been living in the EU for purposes other than study
• Have not completed this course or a similar course previously

If you are currently undertaking an apprenticeship, this may affect funding. They are also unable to provide funding for learners in some Mayoral Combines Authorities.
